Minimum Documentation for Loan Submissions

  • Rent Roll
  • Current credit report with in 30 days
  • Two years business tax returns
  • Two years personal tax returns
  • Resume from client showing 2 years experience
  • Business license if required
  • Corporate or LLC documents going into title
  • Current P&L on primary and or partners
  • Appraisal (only if you have a current one completed)
  • Environmental report (if it has been completed)
  • Insurance agent contact information for subject property
  • Cash out refinance (explanation for what the cash will be used for)
  • Purchase and Sales agreement (if applicable)
  • Minimum of three exterior photos (email only)
  • Minimum of three interior photos (email only)
