Become An Approved
Broker... Thank you for your
interest in joining us as a broker. As an approved
broker you will be able to earn up to 2% yield spread
premium and offer our products to the general public.
To get started,
please complete the following forms and mail
or fax them to ERM Commercial Lending.
Along with these completed
forms, we will also need the
following:
- Your resume
- A copy of your
business license and state of incorporation (if
applicable)
If Paying By Check:
Mail the completed forms along with the
$175.00
processing fee to:

If Paying By Credit
Card: You may Fax the forms
along with the credit card authorization,
which is included in the Brokers Packet, to
888-400-1655, or mail the forms to the above
address.
The processing fee will
be returned to you If for any reason your application
is denied. If you pay by credit card, your card will not
be charged until your application has been approved.
Applications are generally approved and processed within
2-3 business days.
As an Approved Broker, you
will also have access to all of our

material, valued at $293.00 if purchased separately.
